My stay at the hotel was quite decent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the lack of atmosphere was noticeable. Service was a bit confusing due to the language barrier, making it challenging to communicate preferences. The location was convenient for my needs but not well-maintained. The dining experience was satisfactory, but the limited options were a downside.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were large, modern, and spacious with a lovely view of the river. Although there was a slight smell of stale cigarettes, the room was clean and very spacious, featuring an en suite bathroom with a huge, deep bath. Having a balcony, easy parking, good internet, and being close to the old town made my stay even more enjoyable.

The service was top-notch, with staff who were very sweet and multilingual. The lady in the cafeteria was especially attentive and helpful. The staff even offered a replacement main course although I was already full from the starter, showing their excellent customer service.
Location
8.0
The location was perfect for my needs and ideal for dog walking near the river. Being on the banks of the River Ebro with mountains in the background was truly picturesque, offering a serene setting despite the industrial outskirts. It was convenient after a long 9-hour drive from the motorway, making it a great stopover on my journey to Costa Blanca.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was delightful, especially in the second cafeteria that provided a more comfortable ambiance. The restaurant offered good value for money with a well-presented breakfast including a variety of bread, pastries, and jams. I preferred this option over the less appealing 10€ hotel buffet.

The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms looked a bit tired, the modern reception area and nice view offset that. However, the inability to control the high room temperature was a downside.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were big, spacious, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfy. However, the soundproofing was poor, and I could hear everything from adjoining rooms. Unfortunately, there were issues with the hot water supply, which made the stay less than ideal.
